BY SUBMITTING YOUR INFORMATION, YOU EXPRESSLY CONSENT TO BE CONTACTED by our partner insurance agencies, and licensed insurance agents regarding health insurance via telephone (including automated dialing systems), prerecorded or artificial voice messages, text messages (SMS), and email.

3.1 Do Not Call Registry Exemption

YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT BY PROVIDING YOUR TELEPHONE NUMBER, YOU ARE REQUESTING THAT WE CONTACT YOU, EVEN IF YOUR NUMBER IS ON THE NATIONAL DO NOT CALL REGISTRY OR ANY STATE DO NOT CALL LIST. Your consent exempts such calls from Do Not Call restrictions.

4. Data Sharing

Your information may be shared with multiple licensed insurance agencies at our discretion to ensure you can find the best policy. You may receive contact from more than one agency.

5. No Guarantees

Bridgeview Media LLC does not guarantee coverage availability, qualification, rates, or terms. Insurance decisions are made solely by insurance agencies and carriers.

6. No Insurance Advice

We are not insurance agents or brokers. We do not provide insurance advice, recommendations, or endorsements. Consult licensed insurance professionals regarding your specific needs.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BRIDGEVIEW MEDIA LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED $50.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bridgeview Media LLC from all losses, damages, and costs, including attorneys' fees, resulting from your violation of these Terms or use of our services.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Bridgeview Media LLC.
