BRIDGEVIEW MEDIA

Terms of Use

Last updated: July 31, 2026 · Bridgeview Media LLC, a Florida limited liability company

These Terms of Use govern access to websites and landing pages operated by Bridgeview Media LLC ("Bridgeview," "we," "us"). By using our sites, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. What we are — and what we are not

Bridgeview Media is a marketing and lead generation company. Our sites let consumers request to be connected with licensed insurance companies, agencies, and agents about insurance products. When you submit a request, we sell or transfer your information to the marketing partners identified in the form's consent disclosure and on our Marketing Partners page, and those partners contact you directly.

We are not an insurance company, insurance agency, or licensed insurance agent, and we are not licensed under chapter 626, Florida Statutes, or the insurance laws of any state. We do not sell, solicit, or negotiate insurance; we do not provide insurance, legal, tax, or financial advice; and nothing on our sites is an offer of coverage, a quote, or a recommendation of any product. All products, quotes, rates, availability, and coverage decisions come solely from the licensed partners who contact you, and we make no representation about them.

2. Eligibility and accuracy

You must be at least 18 years old and a U.S. resident to submit a request. You agree to provide accurate information about yourself and to submit only contact information that belongs to you. Submitting another person's information without authority is prohibited and may be unlawful.

3. Consent to contact

Submitting a form constitutes the consent described in the disclosure presented with that form and in our Privacy Policy, including prior express written consent under the federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act and section 501.059, Florida Statutes, for the named partners to contact you by phone, text, and email, including through automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and you may revoke it at any time as described in the Privacy Policy and SMS Terms (reply STOP to any text).

4. Business purchasers of leads

Consumer information is made available to insurance companies, agencies, and marketing organizations only under separate written lead purchase agreements, which govern pricing, delivery, permitted use, and return terms. Purchasers are independent businesses, not our agents. Each purchaser is solely responsible for its own compliance with applicable law when contacting consumers — including the TCPA, the Telemarketing Sales Rule, section 501.059, Florida Statutes, state and federal Do-Not-Call rules, and applicable insurance marketing regulations — and for using consumer information only within the scope of the consent obtained. Nothing on this site constitutes an offer to sell leads; lead sales occur only under an executed agreement.

5. Intellectual property

Our sites and their content are owned by Bridgeview Media LLC or licensed to us. You may not copy, scrape, frame, or reuse them except for personal, non-commercial viewing.

6. Prohibited use

You may not use our sites to submit false or third-party information, interfere with the operation of the sites, probe or test them for vulnerabilities without authorization, harvest data from them, or use them in violation of any law.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Our sites are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bridgeview Media LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the sites or from the acts or omissions of the independent licensed partners who contact you, and our total liability for any claim relating to the sites is limited to $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you. Nothing in these terms waives or limits any right you hold under the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act (part II, chapter 501, Florida Statutes) or any other non-waivable consumer protection law.

8. Indemnification

If you are a business user, you agree to indemnify Bridgeview Media LLC against claims arising from your breach of these terms or your unlawful use of consumer information obtained from us.

9. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction and venue.

10. Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
