Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 29, 2026 · Bridgeview Media LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("Bridgeview," "we," "us")
This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and — importantly — how we share and sell it. Bridgeview Media is a lead generation company: our business includes transferring consumer contact information to marketing partners in exchange for compensation. Several states treat that as a "sale" of personal information, and we describe it that way here so there is no ambiguity.
1. Information we collect
- Information you provide: name, phone number, email address, ZIP code and state, date of birth or age range, and answers to questions on our forms (for example, the type of insurance coverage you are interested in and basic household information relevant to a quote).
- Information collected automatically: IP address, device and browser type, pages visited, referral source, and interactions with our forms. We use independent consent-certification technology (such as ActiveProspect TrustedForm) that records a certified snapshot of the form session, including the consent language you were shown.
- Cookies and similar technologies: used for site analytics, advertising measurement, and consent certification.
2. How we use your information
- To respond to the request you made — connecting you with one or more of our marketing partners so they can contact you about the products you asked about.
- To verify your consent, prevent fraud, and maintain records demonstrating compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and state telemarketing laws.
- To operate, measure, and improve our advertising campaigns.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
3. How we share and sell your information
When you submit a form asking to be contacted, we transfer the information you provided to our marketing partners in exchange for compensation. Our partners are listed on our Marketing Partners page and include Clearline Media Group and the licensed companies it contracts with, who may contact you directly by phone, text message, or email at the contact information you provided.
We may also share information with:
- Service providers who host our systems, certify consent, verify phone numbers, or scrub against Do-Not-Call lists;
- Professional advisors and authorities where required by law, subpoena, or to protect our legal rights;
- A successor entity in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
We do not knowingly collect or sell information about individuals under 18.
4. Your consent to be contacted
Our forms state the consent you are giving before you submit. If you consent to be contacted, you agree that Bridgeview Media and its marketing partners may call or text you at the number you provided, including through automatic telephone dialing systems, artificial or prerecorded voice, and text messages, even if your number is on a federal, state, or internal Do-Not-Call list. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can revoke consent at any time by following the instructions in Section 6.
5. Your privacy rights
Depending on your state of residence (including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Oregon, Virginia, and others), you may have the right to:
- Know / access the personal information we have collected about you;
- Delete personal information we hold about you;
- Correct inaccurate personal information;
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information;
- Non-discrimination for exercising any of these rights.
California residents: we "sell" personal information as defined by the CCPA/CPRA (categories: identifiers, and characteristics you provide on our forms) to the recipients described in Section 3. You may opt out at any time via our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes requiring a right to limit under the CPRA. We retain lead records, including consent certificates, for as long as needed to demonstrate compliance with telemarketing laws (typically at least four years) unless a longer period is required by law.
6. How to exercise your rights or revoke consent
- Opt out of sale/sharing: Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
- Email: privacy@bridgeviewmediallc.com
- To stop text messages, reply STOP to any message. To stop calls from a specific partner, you may also tell that caller directly, and we will honor internal Do-Not-Call requests.
We will verify requests using the contact information associated with your record and respond within the time required by applicable law. You may use an authorized agent where permitted.
7. Data security and retention
We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect personal information, and we limit access to personnel and partners who need it for the purposes above. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
8. Changes to this policy
We will post any changes on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
