Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Bridgeview Media LLC is a lead generation company, and transferring consumer contact information to our marketing partners for compensation is treated as a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information under several state privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA). You have the right to opt out at any time.

How to opt out

Send an email to privacy@bridgeviewmediallc.com with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share Request" and include:

• Your full name;
• The phone number and/or email address you submitted on our form (so we can locate your record);
• Your state of residence.

What happens next

• We will stop selling or sharing your personal information going forward and suppress your record internally.
• We will notify any partner that received your information within the preceding 90 days of your opt-out.
• We will confirm completion by reply to the address you wrote from, within the time required by applicable law (15 business days for California residents).

Opting out of sale/sharing does not by itself delete your record or revoke consent already relied upon by a partner mid-contact — to also request deletion or to revoke contact consent, say so in the same email and we will process each request. You may use an authorized agent where permitted by law; we may ask for proof of authorization.

We do not discriminate against anyone for exercising privacy rights.
